Troubles from Wesbank

I am a lady who uses FNB since my tertiary level that was from 2001 until today but i am very very disappointed with the way FNB operates. I would like to buy a Car through Wesbank car finance but hey FNB rejected my application from the car dealer. I will appreciate if FNB can give me a reason why they rejected my application and also tell me how much do i qualify. The west scenario is that this is not the first time FNB making me fill like they are using me. For example: A person who takes home R10000.00 after a house bond and medical aid doesn't qualify to have a car or not, that is my question to FNB? And that same person doesn't have any other expenses except just want to eat out for one day maybe or buy airtime sometime

2016 around April/May I app**** for a credit card in Midrand branch and it was approved and qualified for R2500.00 but 2 to 3 week after collecting the credit card when i wanted to use it, the amount in that credit card was r100.00 only when i got to the branch to ask i was told that i qualify only for R100.00. So now i am ****ed off with the respond i am receiving for the car finance application. I will really appreciate if Hellopeter can intervene so that i will know what the problem is......
