totally disgusting and unprofessional

Hi everyone when financing a vehicle please do not utilize wesbank or vwfs

i have had a terrible experience with both parties ,

it all started just over a month ago , whereby wesbank sent a sheriff to my house to summons me with papers notifying me of an outstanding amount on my account ,

i called wesbank and was notified that my account is R24 000.00 is arrears and climbing due to interest , a lady by the name of khanyisa msalela whom was dealing with my account as it was handed over for legal action advised she will revert back as to why the amount is so high as i have been making regular deposits into the account provided , she comes back with a list of months , januray february , june july august and september 2016, i provide proof of payment for the above mentioned months to her , she then replies , december 2016, january ,april may and june 2017, i was fumbled why the months now changed i then said i will retrieve those proof of payments and they can adjust my account accordingly , then she says well they require the full 32 000 rand paid in full within 7 days , i advised that i will not pay until we sort this out , its been 3 weeks with no reply from her i get a call this morning from a collection agent saying they are to repossess , i advised that i have paid and it needs to be sorted because ive been paying my monthly installments , the collection agent from umvelo advised that they were charging me interest on my vaps products and maintenance plans , which can never be charged for as those items fall under the installment amount ,

so as fumbled as i was i did my own digging and found that the account number provided by a collection agent of wesbank by the name of adam msekete whom came without a sheriff numerous times to collect the car for months supposedly outstanding , i give him proof he leaves , he come back same story i give proof he leaves , now they say they havent received those funds ???!!!!! so wheres my money ?? come take the car but i was to be reimbursed for the money i paid and yous cannot find !!!!!!! i am highly upset and am being harassed now and threathened by their lawyers !!! im sorry but i will not pay that money for the following reasons:

i was not notified by wesbank initially , only notified when the amount was 24000.00 wesbank does not want to negotiate payment plans for an outstanding amount which i agreed to do before i did my digging , they want such a high amount settled in full

they waited for it build and climb with excess before notifying me which is wrong and cannot demand full settlement ,

they do not answer , reply to mails nor do they assist or service their clients , ive been with them for 5 years now , have one fully settled vehicle with them already and i am not a bad payer or customer its a misunderstanding they refuse to acknowledge and now want to bully me with legal action , i know my rights and a court order is due before repossession because the judge will see the truth and whos at fault here !!!

i want an answer now and a way forward please
