Months and months after a car of ours was written off in an accident and the insurer settled with Wesbank, they now contact us to say that they refunded the insurer and we must give them the car...Need I say more? So you didnt complete the insurance process and ascertain where the salvage vehicle is? You have no checks in place and you refund the insurer and this is our fault how? Sort out your things with the insurer then, how can this be our problem now? now you harass us with your calls looking for a car that you should know where it is?? Perhaps Momentum and Wesbank are just really good friends?
