Threatening to repossess my car without a court order

I am three months behind my installments & now I’m being harassed, threatened that they can come and take my car, it’s so unprofessional & I want to lay a complain, st this stage you guys are suppose to be trying to assist me with a paying plan of how I can pay the arrears not threatening me, no one has the right to get my car without a court order, you can’t be expecting me to have 15000 while I haven’t been able to pay the installments, my daughter is in hospital & I’m paying for her medical treatment, we either make payments arrangements or I will wait for the court summons & go declare how much I can arrange to pay, fire that guy Nelson Mbuli
