Threaten to reposess vehicle

Wesbank agent Lina called me this morning to threaten me with repossession of my vehicle. My account is less than 2 months in arrears. She wants me to settle the full account immediately to prevent repossession. After the call I phoned repossession department again to inquire about the repossession of my vehicle. I spoke to Bongi (the lady was very vague about her name). My latest statement of 19/05/2015 indicates that I am R6136.77 in arrears and R9951.03 total amount owing (including 1st of June installment). I explained this to Bongi but she was very arrogant and insisted that R9951.03 was is arrears. She was clearly refusing to understand my point to cover up the previous agents threats.
