they just dont care!!

<p>i done an online application for the license renewal! within 1 minute my money was deducted from the account. i got an email 3 days later saying they encountered a roadblock and have refunded me. I called in to query what had happened i got transferred all the show and none of their consultants can assist me.! i tried speaking to elandi fourie but it is imposiible to get hold of her as she seems to be the only one with knowledge! on road pretends like they have knowledge and s****s but rather is a fly by night company. you are just giving WESBANK a bad name.</p>
