They don't car about their customers
Very disappointed with the service we have been receiving from Wesbank just when we thought it was the best in their business, my wife two months ago gave birth and her company couldn't pay her salary so she is on unpaid maternity leave so we had to depend on UIF money which is very little compared to her salary, so they started to bombard her with smss and calls asking her to pay the money and she explained that she has not received the money from UIF and tried to ask if they can give her time, and when the money came it was only R4000 which was even less the car installment and she told them she does not have money, then they threatened her to repossess the car and she told them they can come and get their car. Imagine her having to deal with this ordeal when we just had a baby which was supposed to have been the happy times to our family but we stressed, even today we still waiting for them to come take their car and she had to return to work before her leave elapsed because of this. They don't have messy she tried to tell them about the December delays from UIF but they wont listen to her.
