The worst service ever

I am lost for words due to the incompetence and poor service of Wesbank,IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN A RATING OF ZERO STAR I WOULD HAVE DONE THAT,I laid a complaint many times,must be the worst ever service in the world,I keep on phoning them but at the end are being cut off,then I send e mails(stop counting),for which they reply that they are not able to contact me back due to this and that,now let me explain to the public out there ,if you can avoid conducting business with Wesbank please do so,they are still owing me a explanation why my advance on my account is keep on getting lesser and lesser every month,why I have cancelled my scratch and dent policy(smart policy-also watch out for them) at October and still paid for it until end January?
