For 4 months I've been trying to get my Natis (registration certificates) for my 2 vehicles after the settlement amount was paid in full. Countless emails and a call to the call centre the only feedback I ever receive is that I must sent proof of payment. Then its the settlement amount proof, then the R350 per vehicle bla bla bla amount, then its the R57 courier amount. All of which I paid and sent proof.

Here's an idea. Instead of treating me like a *********, If all of my proof of payments is rejected why don't you look on your own systems and bank account and see that he money was indeed paid in. That way you can send me the papers get rid of me for life - which seems to be your goal after all.
