I sopke to Adelaide Jacobs today over the phone about a query that i have been trying to resolve since June 2022. Adelaide sounded very professional and determined to assist me with issue at hand. She even asked that i forward to her previous communication so that she can escalate matter. she has inspired some confidence that i will finally get this sorted. It is too early to tell, but how she went about tracing why there has been a delay, gives me hope that issue will be resolved soon. I am glad she handled my case today.
