The right contact person

Good afternoon, I have been a customer of Wesbank for many many years and they are currently assisting me through financial difficulties with an existing agreement that I have with them, and am very grateful. Unfortunately my situation has deteriorated even further and I need to sell the vehicle and try get a cheaper replacement (as its for my wife and kids).

Please does anyone know which the right person in the right department is that may be able to assist with advise and possible solutions to assist me wife and I... not a customer service agent, but an experienced advisor? Thank you
