The arrogance of Wes Bank area manager is despicable HIS NAME Koos Mollentze

<p>After I wrote a bad service review about WesBank , I got a call from a very professional lady Molepo, Tshepiso. I was not satisfied with her explanations, she told me the advice came from the area manager. I then requested the contact details of the area manager. I sent him an email, his name is Koos Mollentze Area Manager Sales. He gave me an explanation that it is too late for him to intervene. I told him I called them in time when they had an opportunity to do something, but they said they cannot help, they advised me to complain with MOI, that come from them. Now that MOI came with a ruling they say they cannot help. But I came to them before; they washed their hands saying no they cannot help. Now I find out that I was within the time frame for them to help and intervene, but I was **** to and used and misled. I was given wrong advice by Wes bank.</p> <p>These people are cruel Wes bank has colluded with this *****ed dealership to rob me of my hard earned money. This was done by the sales team at Wes bank so they can make profit out of my misery. This Koos Mollentze has not responded to some of my question I raised on the email</p>
