I purchase a motorcycle from a dealership in Pretoria only to find a day later that it was salvaged & rebuilt, so I immediately cancelled the finance contract with WesBank and informed the dealership to cancel the transaction, as per WesBank's advice. The bank was extremely helpful during this process and kept me thoroughly up-to-date, even notifying me via email that everything was taken care of, and that I could proceed to find a new motorcycle and that they would be awaiting the application. After locating a new bike from a different dealership, WesBank was quick to handle the paperwork and three days later I made the collection. Thank you for being there every step of the way!
