Terrible service!!

<p>I paid off my car some time last year. Its almost a year now and I am battling to get my vehicle documents because of Wesbank inefficiencies!! First time I requested documents on line while my account was still active. I was issued with a reference number, and tried to follow up and there was total disinterest from Wesbank. Was told that my request could not be found. I dont understand what is the point of issuing reference numbers if they can not be traced. Now im asked to send a signed latter requesting documents. I explianed that I dont have a printer and scanner as I am working from home, yet I submitted all required documents and information that was needed. And quite frankly why should i be inconvinienced becuase of their inefficiencies? I was also told that my email could not be "verified" yet my statements used to be sent through the very same email I used and it is linked to my online wesbank profile. This is really pathetic, I dont see myself financing my next vehicle with Wesbank.</p>
