Terrible Service
The service i received from the agents at Wesbank is pathetic and really needs to be addresses. i have been a client for more that 10 years and to received this service for a mere Settlement letter is really appalling!! I am unable to get the Settlement Letter online hence i was forced to call in to the call center only to receive terrible service agents!!!!!!!
