Terrible Customer Service - FNB Vehicle Finance
I just spoke to Tsheko from FNB Vehicle Finance, such a rude person who couldn't get off the line soon enough. FNB needs to up service provided to clients, because the attitude I got from this lady was not "how can we help you" more like "don't ever call us again".
