taking customers for a ride

I requested settlement letter,it was forwarded to me ,i paid the balance as per the letter and also paid the instalment that month because the letter was requested after cut- off,after receiving my vehicle papers I was sent an invoice of 890.00 ,no one explained why I still owe them money because I have the papers and was told my account is up todate<br>
