superb job on the service!

I complained about some shocking service and immediately went on a 2 week trip. Joseph Komako was responsible for dealing with my query. He was absolutely brilliant in taking several attempts to contact me at an appropriate time and place. He gave constant feedback and provided reminders as i requested. <br> Brilliant customer service Komako! Keep it up!
