Thank you to Lloyd and the WesBank team for your effectively handling of a complaint:

We purchased a vehicle and signed the iContract, only to find (through research), that it was salvaged and rebuilt and sold as same price as a vehicle with a clean title. The history was not disclosed to us prior to signing and we were told that the vehicle was not in an accident.

Complicating as such cases may be, we are very relieved that WesBank honored their service commitments and confirmed that the transaction did not go through, and that we may proceed to apply for financing for a different vehicle.

Thanks again Lloyd & team, you exceeded my expectations as I assumed this would be an uphill battle. Would give you 10 stars this time around if I could. Keep up the great work!
