Struggling to obtain a tax certificate.
I have been struggling to get a tax certificate for a vehicle that is no longer listed on their website for weeks. I initially emailed them and was given a telephone number to call, but unfortunately, no one at Wesbank seems to answer their phones anymore! Wesbank needs to realize that their client's needs are important!
