Struggling to cancel unwanted credit card

My Director, received a statement for his account (Wesbank Gold Credit Account). The amount payable on the statement issued 23 November 2017 is R128.35. We want to pay the outstanding amount and CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT with Wesbank, with immediate effect.

After several phone calls and e-mails - we have till date received no feedback.

Please provide us with the necessary information to get this account closed as soon as possible.
