When I took my car on finance I was offered a body maintenance plan. R3150.00. I logged a claim in December, followed up January and February, and nothing has been done. I cancelled the policy due to this and was refunded R3150.00 and then charged R2580.00 for cancelling this plan cause they weren't living up to contract agreement.
