Still waiting for my vehicle reg papers
Dealing with Wesbank private finance has been frustrating beyond belief. I did a deal with them but no one, and I do mean no one can tell me where my vehicle registration papers are, or when they might be made available to me. Calling and talking to a supervisor does not work, because you have to leave a message and then they don't call you back. From talking to operators who don't know what they are saying to ones who don't call back, so far, this has been an experience I will certainly do everything in my power not to repeat. I am just praying that this post will get somebody to call me to give me some relevant information. This private deal was done through a company called TitleGuard who work with Wesbank. Please avoid them like the plague. How tragic that I have to come here to get help. I called yesterday and today to try to get the deal cancelled so that I can go to any other finance house where I can get information and my registration papers, but cancelling a deal is not that easy either! I only need my registration papers or relevant information.
