Extract from my prev complaint, I still await the outcome of your investigation???<br> <br> \When I purchased my car I agreed with Wesbank (who financed my car) that I was going to pay a certain amount +/- R2800/R2900 per month for the agreed period. I was then requested if I was interested in their Warranty policy which covered me for mechanical damages which would increase my premium slightly to about R3200 p.m. whenever I claimed against the warranty as much as the process sucked and was lengthier and tedious
