Still waiting for agent to call me

After losing my work I emailed Wesbank so that a call centre agent could phone me. I also went on there web page and requested that they phone me regarding my policy with them that would have paid my vehicle. First they emailed me back and said that they will phone me and then emailed me again and said that my email adress does not reflect on their system. They eventually saw that it is in fact the correct email adress after I emaiked back that my statements are being emailed to this adress. They then said that a service agent will call me. I gave them an alternative number to call me on as my broke and they never phoned. Then I receive an email from them that if I do not send them proof of residence that they woukd then open n theft case at SAPS. I then gave them the proof. I again emailed them a letter as I did in the past (forgot to add it earlier) where I explained my problems and I also explained in the letter about the request logged for a service agent to call me. They emailed me back after it went to management that I have to atleast pay 50% of the arrears. Which I did after my dad borrowed me some money. I then emaiked them again regarding the account that I will be able to make normal payments and that we can discuss the arrears that needs to be paid. The answer is NO. I again have to atleast pay 50% again otherwise they will come and fetch the car. With that they attached a termination letter that I have to sign. A short while after that the collection agency emails me and said that they got instruction to collect and keep the car until the arrears are paid in full. But on the termination letter it states that I give Wesbank the right to sell the car after 10 day's for what ever price they get! Where is the fairness in this? Why do I have to pay for a policy every month but when you want to claim they ignore you and when you eventually get a hold of them they want to reposess and sell?? And then gets a collection company to tell you something else?

Reviewer Update

The emails were not send from Wesbank. It was send from collections solutions. And I asked that a Wesbank service agent contact me to get the paper work started for my policy to be cashed in or was Wesbank not really interested in helping me?? Will definately go make a turn at the Ombudsman early next week.
