still waiting for a claim response of a deacesed
i got this response by wesbank over a month ago about a late deceased credit policy i lodged a claim of the response was that it has been escallated and the executor will be contacted . wesbank response after running up and down looking for documents needed by wes bank and after being told they need to check with doctors whom my daughter seen before her passing and paying the January installment which was R600 more than what my late daughter paid still i get no response from anyone. what do u expect me to do now?i might be a pensioner but i am not stupid
