STILL NO RESPONSE FROM WESBANK

I bought a vehicle through Wesbank Finance. I initially had my own comprehensive insurance but due to unforeseen financial constraints, i had to cancel my insurance. As per Wesbank policy terms & conditions, I received an email from Wesbank requesting proof of insurance (which i could not provide). Wesbank then enforced an "Outstanding Debt Policy". I comp****, signed the documents & the policy was activated. The policy installment would be added to my monthly vehicle installment which i also agreed to.

This year, I unfortunately had to resort to Debt Review. I now found out, that since my vehicle finance was refinanced due to debt review, the policy no longer exists??? I was informed by a Wesbank consultant that she can see there was a policy active, but it was now cancelled when my outstanding debt was refinanced. Would that not be a contradiction to enforce a policy & then cancel it due to debt review? Does it state this in the terms & conditions of the policy? Why was I not informed that the policy would be cancelled?
