STILL NO REFUND!!!

So on 19 December I called in for a settlement amount for my car loan. I received the settlement letter and paid the settlement amount. I sent in Proof of Payment on 20 December. As per the instructions of the consultant I spoke to on the 19th, I called in on 24 December to make sure my Debit order for 31 December is cancelled. The arrogant agent I spoke to on the 24th assured me that there is no debit order for that date registered on my account and that the debit order was cancelled. Lo and behold, 31 December, a debit order goes off from my account! This for the amount I have already settled and received a confirmation email about where I would like my NaTis documents to be delivered to. So on 2 January I called in and spoke to Tshepo. He put in a request for a refund and I received an sms to state that he did. My money was supposed to be paid out in 72hours. On 7 January, I called in again and this time spoke to Breyton who said he can see the request Tshepo logged and he doesn’t understand why it has not been paid out yet. He promised to escalate the issue. On 9 January I called in yet again because STILL NO REFUND. I spoke to Phumeza. She tried your refunds department who did not answer their phones! Then she said her manager is going to speak to refunds themselves and she will get back to me. She called me 15:49 to confirm that the money will take 72hours to reflect in my account since we are different banks. Well, here we are. It’s Tuesday, 14 January AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY! I am tired of calling in! I have registered the car on my name already but STILL NO REFUND! Your agents are trying so hard to keep your name up high but your REFUNDS DEPARTMENT IS DRAGGING IT THROUGH THE MUD! I just want my money!
