Still no quote

On 26 Feb 2016 I app**** online for veichle financing. On the 29th of Feb 2016 I only received an email to state where I should send the supporting documentation. I then emailed everything on the morning of the 29th of Feb. It is now 19:05 on the 1st of March. I was told numerous times throughout the day that someone will be in contact with me before 18:00 tonight. After numerous phone calls today to Wesbank and being placed on hold for long periods of time I am frustrated. Due to Wesbank's slow service delivery I might lose the sale because the seller seems to think that I am not serious about the car as I am stalling. Also now I can't shop around at other finance houses because ITC check after ITC check is not beneficial for ITC.
