Still Awaiting Feedback and delivery of Documents after settling car financing account

I have never used Hello Peter until this day, but I am feeling desperate for assistance from Wesbank as I get no response, service or assistance from them.

I was retrenched earlier this year. I have never missed a bill or not paid on time. When approaching Wesbank (as well as FNB Homeloans) for a possible payment holiday or easier terms till I can find new employment. The answer was simply NO. So I got help from another bank, I paid off my car, homeloan and closed my cheque account due to astronomical fees and moved these to other banks that were better on every level sadly. I was always a huge FNB advocate, which came to a screeching halt in the last few months. Your fees, policies and procedures / Terms and conditions as well as customer service is hugely disappointing and has slipped horribly. I paid my car in full 2 weeks ago. Now apparently I need to get documentation from Wesbank to take to the traffic department to do the name change. I have not received this and have waited long enough. I get no response to my mails. When I tried escalating this as a complaint on the Wesbank site, I hit the submit button ... a message popped up stating there has been a system error on their side and the message wasn't submitted. I need these documents by latest Thursday as I may have a job opportunity to start on Monday and cannot then ask for time off to go to the traffic department. I will come and collect the documents to get this done if need be. But I am feeling hugely anxious and disappointed and negative about all the above as well as the lack of channels to follow to get assistance. Branch have been really great out of Wesbank, FNB and Homeloans they just don't have the authority anymore to assist in anything. PLEASE HELP ME.
