Stay away from WESBANK Private finance.

I have been in the process to get private finance on a motor cycle. I have bought 2 vehicle with Wesbank due to the previous service i recieved from then. With the latest service i recieved after 8 weeks only did the finance go throug, I wanted to cancel this and go to another bank. I waited almost 4 weeks before i recieved a document relating to loan term and intrest. I had to submit one after the other documents and no clear communication or time line on this application.

After submitting 2 complaints nothing were done or ensured that the customer is looked after. This is the WORST SERVICE i ever experianced ever.
