Stamped Paid Up letter

I require a Paid-up letter that is STAMPED by Wesbank.

I have made several request, and each time you guys are sending me the same letter without it been stamped.

The letter without a stamp, is been rejected by the licencing department.

Can i please be assisted. I am unable to register the vehicle on my name.

I have been to different licence office and they all require a stamped paid up letter
