Speechless
For almost a year now I have been requesting for a statement to confirm my balance which to date I have not received, I keep getting pushed from one person/department to another. Is there absolutely NO-ONE that is able to generate a simple statement on the account? Does it really have to resort to a complaint to just get a statement? Or should I stop making payment to get your attention??
