Sold a Lemon Car and can't cancel.

I purchased a vehicle from CHM honda financed by Wesbank, the vehicle sold to be was a lemon, car was in an accident which the dealer did not disclose. Found out when i took it for service 6 month later. Now the dealer doesn't want to pay and am Wesbank said I must sort it out with the dealer. Now am stuck making payment on the vehicle that was in an accident.
