Solar financing through wesbank doesn't exist

I app**** months ago for solar financing through wesbank, recieved the email to say they have received my application but nothing happens after that. I've spent hours on the phone being transfered from this department to that department and finally the call centre gives me the contact number for the department that will help me, only problem is the number isn't for any westbank devision at all instead it is for some other business in jhb with absolutely nothing to do with westbank or solar financing.. this has been service delivery at its worst.
