So we bought a vehicle about 6 months ago and it was a used car. Upon request for a settlement letter we learned that no cost or interest have come down. On further inspection we note that on pg 3 of the contract their was costs and although not noted by us still our responsibility. We are actually now responsible for Wesbank's costs. Yes! We have to pay for this and that and nevermind the fact that we still have to pay the enormous interest we are still being held liable for futher frivolous costs that I don't think the clients should be held accountable for. Wesbank are you really not making enough of your clients? Must you really milk the loyalty to the extreme where the clients no longer have anything left but to run off to another finance house to get better deals.
