So now my email address in an issue?

The bank is not willing to release my NaTIS document, claiming that they cannot assist me since the email came from an email address that they did not have on my profile.<br> What I am failing to understand is that when they were pestering me to settle the account they did not have a problem with me using the very same email address that they did not have on my profile, albeit all their ******* (letter of demand, application for refinancing, et al) was sent to that email address. Now the time has come for them to pay the piper and all of a sudden my email address is an issue.<br> If my email address is the issue, then why don't you send my NaTIS document via ordinary mail? I owe you **** all, I want those documents.
