So much for an instant answer!
<p>I app**** for private finance on 29 March and I was instantly approved! I submitted the required documents on the same day.</p> <p>On 30 March I received an email to submit yet another set of documents, which I did.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 3 April April I started with the follow-ups and was informed that my marketer was Bontle and she was going to call me with updates.. Only on 5 April did Botle call me to request the seller's details which I emailed on the same day.</p> <p>On 11 April I received an email stating that "Your application has been referred to our facilitator, TitleGuard, for due-diligence on the seller and the Asset in question. Representatives from TitleGuard will contact you with updates." Sure TitleGuard did call to confirm that the application was referred to them and that was it. To this day all I do is call Wesbank private finance and am told every day that my marketer will call me back but nothing!</p> <p>It's almost a month since my application was approved but I hear nothing from Wesbank.</p> <p>What good is instant online approval if it drags even more than a normal application would have?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
