Slow and bad service

I have never experienced such bad service from any institution. You guys are taking your own sweet time in dealing with a delicate issue. You're not sharing full information about your processes to manage client expectations. Resolution times keep getting pushed out because of your lack of communication and for a "legal department" I don't know what to say honestly.
