Signed for 54 months but Wesbank statement says 55 months - Feedback impossible!

<p>Installment agreement for motor vehicle I signed stated 54 months. Please explain why the statement I am receiving is incorrect and stating 55 months? I have been waiting for an answer since the 19th of January!</p>
