Shortfall insurance

<p>I am so frustrated with WESBANK consultants, my car was in an accident in March 2016, the car was written off by Outsurance and there was still a shortfall amount that needs to be covered, and that shortfall insurance was at Regent Insurance. I forwarded the shortfall insurance document to Wesbank to a Lady L.M . A month ago i received a mail from their collection department saying that they are going to Blacklist me if i dont pay the R21000, so i had to send today again the documentation to them.</p> <p>the BAD part is that you cannot get hold of anyone at wesbank that can talk to.</p> <p>i believe that wesbank has put up my name at the ITC, because i tried to buy a Bakkie and was declined, therefore, if i dont get any response from them tomorrow, then i am going to take legal action against them.</p>
