Shocking waiting periods

App**** for finance through Wesbank, I completed everything online and was approved almost immediately. Submitting and verifying my documents was a seemless process until I have to now deal with a third party Title Guard. TG needed me to insure the vehicle before they could proceed which is understandable, however the vehicle has been insured for 2 days already and I have paid my deposit nearly 3 days ago and yet I am no closer to knowing when I can take ownership of the vehicle. Wesbank blames title guard for the delay and Title guard blames wesbank. I flew up from East London to collect the car in JHB but obviously the dealer wont release the car until wesbank or title guard has approved the payment. 2 days premiums, 2 days insurance and it looks like a hotel room later someone will need to reimburse me, how do I go about this?
