Settlement letter unobtainable
I am struggling for more than a week to get a settlement letter. IT does not allow me to get it online, apparently with a 3rd company. After holding on for 20minutes after they said they will wait on the line until they answer, still nothing. It you could send me my settlement quotation letter, I will be out of your hair forever
