Settlement Letter

I have a vehicle finance with Wesbank and my car be paid off in July so I called the bank this morning requesting my settlement on my car, but to my surprise I was told that they cannot give the settlement unless im ready to pay it off within 07 days, and was told that as soon as im sure to pay within 7 days they will then send me the settlement.<br> <br> Also been advised that if I don't pay the settlement in 7 days then I will charged interest on my account. I mean really, I have a right to know as to what the amount is. I find them so unhelpful because clearly they want ppl to pay more. This is such a *******. I need to know my settlement amount and that's it.
