Settlement figure in 3 months

I gave my 3 month notice to settle my car towards the end February 2018 and need to phone in at the end of this month to get the figure. But - it seems that no one can tell me this figure ? It seems like it'll be a surprise? Is it R250,000, R270,000 or R300,000?

Are you systems not geared to give a final amount due, so I can budget?
