Settlement

Wesbank personal loan devision is non existing. 2 months ago I phoned almost 5 times just to get my settlement amount and letter. Than I made the payment but today I have another debit order going off after I've settled the loan a month ago. I phoned now again 4 times,with only voice prompts than you chose a selection but no human being is actually attending to you. I spoke to someone now but than I'm at the car division and he can't assist me,a whole morning being on the phone for nothing. Wesbank personal loan decision is pathetic,I never had so much problems with the finance decision.hope some reads this review and get back to me cause it seems like somebody is not doing their job.
