Settled car bond and Payment when through as well????

I recently purchased a new vehicle. The vehicle I traded was settled 31/03/22. (When I say settled the whole amount was settled with nothing extra to pay on the old vehicle) That same day the payment was deducted as well. I did escalate my complaint on Wesbank online system to date (07/04/2022) no feedback. I try to phone them every day, either no answer or I get diverted to no answer.
