Service provider that cant provide a service.

This is the worst service i have ever experience we got sold a faulty car and they have given us 101 different problems with the vehicle at different Opel garages the last three months we been paying for a car we don't have, we are driving with a borrowed car and the garage isnt solving they problem they just giving us problem after problem, we would just like to get rid of this car. We are not interested in having another car from Opel or Isuzu. WestBank financed this vehicle but now we have to go to the Ombutsman to get all this **** sorted why cant these service provides not just assist. Contact me **********
