Service Plan at 89 200

I have book in my car for service hoping that Motoway will authorise my the service but hey they said they cannot do anything to my car and policy expired and i need to extend it and will have to wait for another 5 days and the kilometers will run and without the service and they cannot even give me the grace period so that i can service my car. the kilometers on my car is 90 165km but they are refusing and they don't even want to listen to my point so disappointed or maybe if they told me last time when i took it for a service i would have extended the service plan i dont know what to do.....so dissappointed the difference in mileage is 965 so i am burned for 965 which i have tried to bookin my car last week but they were fully booked so now i have to face this i will alert some of my friends and relative about this and "IT'S NOT FEAR TO CUSTOMERS" meaning they" not treating customers fairly"
