Service
The service does not exist at Westbank. I had a car financed with them many moons ago. More than 10 years ago. Now that I sold the car I cannot get the natis papers from them. Sent numerous emails and phone calls that all come to nothing. My next step is to go to the umbutsman. Hopefully this will jack their service up a bit. I'm honestly sitting with my hands in my hair. Pathetic service to say the least.
